Introduction / Specification :
Eastern Petroleum Private Limited manufactures a fully formulated high performance emulsifier package, Cutting Oil, to make soluble cutting oil concentrate in a wide range of paraffinic base stocks to be used for general purpose metal working applications. Approximately 18 - 20 % Cutting Oil Emulsifier is blended with suitable paraffinic base stocks as per the need of the applications. Soluble cutting oil concentrate made from Cutting Oil provides spontaneous emulsion formation with good stability for longer duration even with hard water, excellent rust and corrosion prevention, protection against microbial attack and impart reasonably good extreme pressure property.

Application / Composition :
Recommended for variety of general purpose machining operations for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Cutting CL (GRADES: CONKUT CL)

Introduction / Specification :
Cutting CL is a translucent type of emulsion with water having the advantage of visibility of work piece and tool during machining. This special purpose soluble cutting oil contains special additives for rust and corrosion inhibitors with biocides to prevent the bacterial growth in the emulsion. The oil has excellent cooling and lubricating properties which impart good surface finish and ensures the long tool life.

Application / Composition :
Cutting CL is suitable for variety of cutting operations of ferrous and non-ferrous metals where emulsifiable oil are normally used. The oil is normally used in the concentration of 5 to 10 % depending on the severity of machining.

Performance Level :
Cutting CL meets the requirements of IS-1115-1986 (Re-affirmed 1991).

Introduction / Specification :
Soluble Cutting Oil is a type of coolant and lubricant designed specifically for metalworking and machining processes. There are various kinds of cutting fluid, which include oils, oil-water emulsions, pastes, gels, and mists. They may be made from petroleum distillates, animal fats, plant oils, or other raw ingredients. Depending on context and on which type of cutting fluid is being considered, it may be referred to as Soluble Cutting Fluid, Soluble Cutting Oil, Soluble Cutting compound, Soluble Cutting Fluid Coolant, or Soluble Cutting Fluid Lubricant.






SYN GR Fluid 2,5,12 (GRADES: 2,5,12)

Introduction / Specification :
Syn Gr Fluid 2, 5 & 12 are water soluble synthetic grinding fluid of solution type. They are supplied in a concentrated form and are to be diluted with water in a suitable ratio. They are free from any mineral oil or fatty matter. These products are economical with good cooling and remarkable antirust properties when applied in grinding and other high speed machining operations.

Application / Composition :
Syn Gr Fluid 2, 5 & 12 are specially recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, specially for grinding of open grain cast irons which tends to rust quickly after Machining, high nickel and titanium alloys. Easto Syn Gr Fuids 2, 5 & 12 is recommended for grinding operations of Iron, Steel, Non-alloyed Steels and Nickel Chromium Steels. It should not be used for grinding aluminum, zinc, copper or magnesium alloys, tin or cadmium coated parts. Dilution range for the products varies from 1:40 min. to 1:100 max. Higher concentrations than required do not give production benefits but may lead to slight discolouration of workers skin.

Performance Level :
Besides rendering remarkable antirust properties, Syn Gr Fuids 2, 5 & 12 give longer service life to grinding wheels and good ground finish. They do not emanate obnoxious odour even when machine is shut down and fluid is not kept in circulation as they are not attacked by bacteria. The solution maintains the clarity throughout the service period. They remove grinding debris quickly and keep the wheel exceptionally clean. They do not give skin irritation when used in proper dilution range.

Neat Cutting Oil 611 contains specially selected fatty material and active sulphur to impart extra ability of cutting operations under continuous and long working periods. Neat Cutting Oil 611 has minimum tendency of mist forming and increases the life of filter due to low tendency of sludge formation.

Application / Composition :
Neat Cutting Oil 611 is recommended for deep hole boring and drilling including gun drilling operations where easy swarf removal and effective cooling at the cutting point are required. Neat Cutting Oil 611 is not recommended for use on non-ferrous metals.

Introduction / Specification :
Straight Cutting Oils are blended from High Viscosity Index Base Stock containing Sulphurised Fat or Chlorinated Compound and Sulphur, either active or non active type depending upon type of Metal / Cutting Operation involved. Recommended for Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Deep Hole Boring, Drilling, Gear Shaving, Gear Hobbing, Screw Cutting etc. These Oils reduces tool wear and improves machinability.

EASTO FIN: These oils are blended from low viscosity High Viscosity Index Base Stocks containing special Fatty Material and active Sulphur to provide extra cutting assistance. Grade 22 contains Chlorinated Fatty Material, which reduces Tool Wear and improves the cutting Operations. Grade 32 is blended with Sulphurized Fat and inactive Sulphur.

 

 

EASTO FIN (OILINESS TYPE): These are straight cutting fluids (OILNESS TYPE) blended from refined base Stocks containing Fatty Oil & Sulphur to impart extreme pressure properties. These oils are used without any dilution. These oils impart wetting properties & increase life of Tool & Production.

EASTO FIN (NON-STAINING TYPE): These are straight cutting Fluids (OILNESS TYPE) blended from refined base stocks containing Fatty Oil & Sulphur to impart extreme pressure properties. These oils are used without any dilution. These oils impart wetting properties & increase life of Tool & Production.

EASTO FIN (STAINING TYPE):  These are straight Cutting Oils (STAINING TYPE) Containing Active Sulphur.

EASTO METALKUT SNC: This is a Active Type of Neat Cutting Oil and contains Suplhurized Fatty material and free Sulphur to give better Surface Finish and longer Cutting Tool life over a large variety of Cutting Operations.

EASTO METALHONE:  This is a Honing Oil with excellent Lubricity Characteristics. It is extra light in Viscosity to ensure quick and through Flushing Action of any material. This Oil ensures very good surface finish and increases the life of the Honing Stone.
