Shuttering Oil / Shuttering Grease (GRADES: 5 and 22)
Introduction / Specification :
Shuttering Oil / Shuttering Grease (GRADES: 5 and 22) are high quality mineral oil based mould releasing oil with low odour as multi-purpose mould releasing agents for metallic and wooden moulds in concrete construction works. Shuttering Oil / Grease form / Form Oil / Concrete Form Oil a tenacious oily film on the mould surface that prevents rusting of mould and the release agents prevent concrete clinging to the moulds with a high quality surface finish. The oil do not cause stain or discolouration, interfere with drying process and is also not absorbed by the concrete.
Application / Composition :
Shuttering Oil / Grease (GRADES: 5 and 22) are used straight from the drum and no stirring or mixing is required. Shuttering Oil / Grease are applied by spraying guns, rollers or by brushes prior to pouring aerated concrete and are recommended for use as a concrete mould release agent with the protection of moulds from rust.

Introduction / Specification :
EASTTO Water Dilutable Shuttering Oil is composed of chemically active releasing compound, hydrocarbons, water & additives. It is used as a shutter / mold release agent prior to casting / pouring of concrete because it ensures a smooth and uniform finish, helps easy removal of shuttering & also shuttering can be used again for casting fresh concrete.

EASTTO Water Dilutable Shuttering Oil is used as a mold-releasing agent on any formwork such as:

Precautions & Limitations
- As with all chemical products, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing, such as gloves and goggles, should be worn (see packaging for specific instructions).
- Treat any splashes to the skin or eyes with fresh water immediately. Should any of the products be accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting but call for medical assistance immediately.
- Do not dilute the material with solvent otherwise effectiveness reduces.
Theoretical consumption without allowance for Loss:
- Approximately 20 - 35 m2/Liter for wooden formwork and 35 –50 m2/Liter for metal or plastic formworks. Coverage varies depending on surface texture and formwork or mold.

Shelf Life & Storage
- Shelf life is 3 months from date of manufacturing in unopened containers.
- Store at cool & dry place, away from sun heat

- Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles, while using Eastto Deshuttering oil
- In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
- Keep out of reach of children.
EASTTO SHUTTERING OIL B - 460
Introduction
Eastto Shuttering Oil B - 460 is an oil based concrete mold releasing oil, blended from specially selected base oils and excellent additive package for moulds in concrete construction works. It o?ers outstanding de-moulding performances with good surface ?nish to the molded products. It is non – toxic and does not create misting during spraying or by other applications. Very smooth and super white concrete surface on de-shuttering .
Application
Eastto Shuttering oil B - 460 is heavy duty Oil which is used in concrete grade such as M - 40, M - 60.

Coverage
A coverage of 30-60 sq mtr per Ltr by spray is possible depending upon the surface texture. Steel or plastic form work will give the best result with maximum coverage. Timber form work, coverage will be lesser.
Shelf Life
1 year when stored in original & unopened container under covered space.
Precaution/ Limitations
To be used in well ventilated condition, since oil is flammable. Avoid prolong skin contact.
