EASTOBAN - 100, 200, 300, 400: These are Lubricating Oils containing Soluble Corrosion Inhibitor and are applied by dipping, spraying or circulating. These oils serve as Lubricants as well as temporary protectives.

DE-WATERING TYPE:

EASTOBAN - 124, 154, 182: These Oils are blended from Lubricating Oil Base Stock containing Film Forming Agents, Rust Inhibitors, Water Displacing Additives, Corrosion Inhibitors etc. which prevent Metal Rusting and Corrosion during Storage and Transportation.

EASTOBAN - 404, 406 & 410: These are Dewatering Fluids containing Oil soluble Surface Active Agent, Rust Inhibitors and Water Displacing Additives in Solvent and Film Forming materials. On application the Solvent evaporates leaving a thin / soft wax / film, thus protecting the Metal Surface from Corrosion. This can be applied by Dip or Spray Method. The film formed over the Metal Surface can be easily removed with the help of suitable solvent.

OIL TYPE:

EASTOBAN 410C & 420C: These are Rust Preventive Compounds and can be used by Hot Dip at 80° C to 90° C by dipping or Spraying at High Temperature. On application they form a Amber or Waxy Brown Film. These Oils have property to neutralize finger-prints and Water Displacement. The film can be easily removed by using suitable Solvent.

EASTOBAN 411, 412 & 413: These are Rust Preventive Oils containing Surface Active Agents, Rust Inhibitors and Film Forming Material. These Oils provide protection under Indoor Exposure by forming an Oily Film over Metal Surface. These can be applied by spraying or by hand application.

WAX TYPE:

EASTOBAN 414, 414 SPECIAL, 415, 419 & 420: These are rust Preventive fluids containing solvents. When applied on Metal Surface they form a film on the surface of Machined Components, which protects from Corrosion and Rusting. These have Water Displacing Properties.

HARD FILM TYPE:

EASTOBAN 425, 427, 430, 440, 442, 450, 474: These are rust Preventive fluids containing solvents. When applied on Metal Surface they form a film on the surface of Machined Components, which protects from Corrosion and Rusting. These have Water Displacing Properties.

PEELABLE TYPE:

EASTOBAN CP: This is a peelable Rust Preventive applied at room temperature.

RUST PREVENTIVE COMPOUNDS: Specifications will be available on request.

PEELABLE COATINGS:

EASTOBAN HP: It is a hot dipping type strippable Rust Preventive. It is applied by dipping components in molten Rust Preventive @ 180 - 190 °C. It forms transaparent film over components.
