These Oils are blended from High Viscosity Index Base Stocks having Good Oxidation and Thermal Stability, Good Fluidity and Low Volatility. Some of these Oils are blended with special Additives or selected Polar Compound to meet specific requirements. These Oils are used for Quenching Operations on vide variety of Steel Parts such as Nuts, Bolts, Ball Bearing, Speed Tools etc. Meet BIS - 2664 - 1980 specification for Quenching Oil.

EASTO QUENCH: These Oils are blended from High Viscosity Index Base Stocks having Good Oxidation Stability, Good Fluidity and Low Volatility.

EASTO MAR QUENCH OIL: These are blended with Highly Refined High Viscosity Index Base Stocks having Good Oxidation and Thermal Stability. The Oil is suitable for quenching finished components at a temperature of 150° C to 200° C. This type of Quenching Oil provides structural hardness to components. Grade 80 meets IS 4543-1977 Specs.
