(EMULSIFIER FOR SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL): This is a Versatile High Performance Emulsifier for soluble Cutting Oil. This is general Purpose Emulsifier. Which is soluble in Lubricating Base Stock. Approximately 18-20 % Emulsifier is mixed in a suitable oil as per application need, however for best performance Napthenic oil is preferable which would give better emulsion for longer duration. Required quantity of oil to be added in water with vigorous stirring. This gives stable emulsion. (Normally 5 to 10 % Emulsion is used). Meets IS - 1115 - 1986 Specification.
