These Oils have Good Oxidation & Thermal Stability, Demulsibility Characteristics and contain Sulphur & Phosphorus Compound and provide protection against Rust & Corrosion. Recommended for all Heavy Duty Enclosed Gear Drives with circulation on Splash Lubrication System operating under Heavy or Shock Load Condition, Plain Antifriction Bearing subjected to Shock or Heavy load up to 80° C. Meets BIS - 8406 - 1985 specifications.
These Oils are blended with Highly Refined Base Stocks and are fortified with EP, Sulphur, Phosphorous Additives. They have Good Thermal Stability and higher Oxidation Resistance, Good Demulsibility, low Foaming Tendency and provide rust & Corrosion protection to Metal Surfaces.
GRADES: 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460 & 680.
APPLICATION: These Oils are recommended for Heavy Duty enclosed Gear Drives, with Splash and Circulation Systems, for plain bearings, Sliding Surface & Chain Drives subjected to Heavy Shock Loads where Temperatures do not exceed 100°C.
PERFORMANCE LEVEL: Meets BIS - 8406 - 1985 Requirements.
