This is a Premium Quality, Low Viscosity, Straight Mineral Oil specially developed for a Cold Rolling of Aluminium Sheets, Strips or Foils. This product is suitably fractioned to a narrow boiling range, and is a highly refined non-staining mineral oil possessing optimum viscosity characteristics. Its narrow Boiling Range and High IBP reduce the evaporation rate thereby bringing down the roll coolant consumption. It has inherent oiliness property to reduce friction, aid metal reduction without permitting slippage, is non-staining and non-corrosive and has good additive solubility for fats and alcohols which are added by Aluminium manufacturers for production advantages.
APPLICATION: Cold Rolling of Aluminium Sheets, strips or foils.
